Deferred First Payment until 2018 through Ford Credit.
• In addition to Ford family of employee pricing, Ford Credit is offering a 120-day deferred-payment program – no payments until 2018. And the Ford Credit approval process is fast and simple.

First Responders Appreciation
• To show our appreciation, eligible first-responders will get an additional $1,000 cashback on all Ford and Lincoln vehicles. That’s a $500 enhancement from our national program. To get started, go to to register for their special incentive.

Customer Questions and Concerns

Question: My vehicle is totaled. What do I do?
Answer: If you live in the Florida Region and have suffered damage or a total loss of your vehicle as a result of Hurricane Irma, the first step is to obtain a claim form from your insurance company. Upon presenting the insurance claim form to your dealer, the dealer will sell you the vehicle at the special price shown on the invoice AND you’ll be eligible for all available incentives. The vehicle must have suffered damage/loss as a result of Hurricane Irma and the dealer must keep a copy of the insurance claim.

Question: What about First Responders?
Answer: Eligible First Responders can get $1,000 on all Ford and Lincoln vehicles in addition to all available incentives. To get started, an eligible customer can go to to register for their special incentive, then visit the dealership of their choice to get this extra discount on virtually any of our fabulous Ford and Lincoln lineup.


Florida is Family Disaster Relief (PGM #95204) exclusively for customers in Orlando region affected by Hurricane Irma who present a copy of their insurance claim form indicating loss/damage to their car, truck or SUV. Eligible customers receive a special maximum vehicle price which is equal to Ford A-Plan price less applicable incentives plus taxes and fees, when they purchase or lease an eligible vehicle from a participating dealership. Special pricing is limited to the purchase or lease of a new 2016/2017/2018-Model Ford vehicle excluding F-Series Super Duty Chassis Cab F-450/550, E-Series Chassis & Cutaway E-450, Ford GT, Focus RS, Mustang Shelby GT models and F-150 Raptor. 120 Day Deferred Payment (PGM #20864) available for qualified buyers who finance through Ford Credit. Not all buyers will qualify for Ford Credit financing.
