Where do I start?

Just click the “Start Your Custom Order” button below your preferred vehicle. When the form pops up, simply verify your selection, fill out your contact information, then submit to begin the order process with your local Ford Dealer (a follow-up page will confirm your request).

What does my local dealer do?

As your personal consultant, your local Ford Dealer will review and discuss your vehicle preferences, as well as find and apply all available offers and incentives. If a vehicle matching your selections is not immediately available, they will discuss the timing of your custom order and get your approval for it.

When do I get my vehicle?

Your local Ford Dealer will be in touch throughout the process with timely updates on status and estimated timing. When your order is ready, your Ford Dealer will contact you to arrange details to take delivery of your brand-new Ford.
